Duluth Minnesota

The scenic North Shore Drive boasts 8 state parks and is named "The All-American Road." Visit 1910 Split Rock Lighthouse, fishing museum, a fur trading post and an arts center in Grand Marais. A golf course, biking park, ski area, aerial lift bridge Great lakes aquarium & the old depot, home of a train museum. Many hiking trails, gorgeous waterfalls, including some of Minnesota's largest! A total of 154 miles with plenty of stops, and beaches to see between Duluth & the Canadian border.

I have ventured this drive twice in 2012 & 2015. It definitely is well overdue. My oldest daughter has celebrated her 1st birthday on the beaches in Duluth as well as ventured the waterfalls and hiking trails. Plan a nice day trip up there to view all the beauty the shoreline has to offer. Check out the pictures below to see for yourself the beauty it has to offer along lake superior.
